A personal view of education:

Education is the river, I am the vessel, and my future students will be my passengers.  Just as a river flows towards bigger and deeper waters, knowledge moves from small bits of information to deepened understanding.  As an educator, I see myself as the vessel that carries my students down the river of knowledge.  All the while, I provide support, encouragement, and motivation to see what lies beyond the next bend.  Although the river may become rough at times, I believe that persistence and patience will lead me to smoother waters.  I look forward to a becoming teacher and I will strive to provide the best instruction possible.
